We are looking for dynamic, smart and trustworthy people, 18 to 45 years old, willing to do selling and marketing of our products, wants to have a business of his/her own and work independently with minimum supervision, trainable and most of all, have the passion to EARN BIG! Our Business Associates are classified to three tiers. The first step is our Sales Associate level wherein the task is to only promote, sell and market our products. Sales Associates (SA) gets the bigger commission/s and incentive/s as we believe that their task is the hardest part of the work. The second level is the Unit Manager (UM) wherein the task is to manage and supervise a small team composing of three (3) to ten (10) active Sales Associates. At the same time, the Unit Manger must lead by example by showing his/her team how to sell and market the products. The third level is the Branch Sales Manager (BSM) wherein the task is to train, manage and supervise at least three active (3) Unit Managers with three (3) active Sales Associates. The UM's and the BSM's are with additional commissions, incentives and perks because they exert leadership and camaraderie to SA's to maintain sales targets and activities.
